The Support section allows players to directly communicate with the platform’s customer service team by creating and managing support tickets. This ensures that issues, queries, or feedback can be formally submitted and tracked until resolution.

Components of Support

Tab Navigation (Create Ticket / My Ticket)

The tab layout lets users switch between creating a new ticket and viewing their existing tickets. This keeps the interface organized by separating ticket submission from ticket history and tracking.

Subject Field

A mandatory text field for entering the topic of the ticket. It ensures the support team receives a clear headline summarizing the user’s issue or request.

Message Field

A larger, mandatory text area where users can describe their issue in detail. This space allows for comprehensive explanations, which helps support staff provide accurate and efficient assistance.

The Support module serves as the primary communication channel between players and the platform’s help desk.
