  1. Tournaments

Tournament (SnG)

This is a type of poker tournament that starts when a predetermined number of players have registered, rather than at a scheduled time. Players are required to pay a buy-in to enter the tournament.

Total Prize Pool

The total prize pool is calculated based on the sum of all the players' buy-ins. For example, if each player pays a $10 buy-in and there are 10 players, the total prize pool would be $100.

Blinds/Antes

  • Blinds (or antes) increase at regular intervals.

  • The interval duration is pre-defined and can range from a few minutes to longer, depending on the tournament setup.

Payout Structure

  • Prizes are usually awarded to the top 3 players.

  • The payout distribution is typically predetermined (e.g., 50% for 1st place, 30% for 2nd place, 20% for 3rd place), but the exact percentages can be configured by the poker operator.
