General Reports

The Gneral Reports Management Module allows administrators to generate and view various types of reports, providing insights into agent, player, P2P and game activities report.

Components used for the General Report Module:

  1. Game Report: The Game Reports section provides a detailed log of all game tables or tournament sessions played on the platform. This module helps the admin analyze and monitor game activities in real time or historically.

  • ID: A unique auto-incremented identifier assigned to each game session for tracking purposes.

  • Room ID: Indicates the virtual room where the game was hosted, allowing grouping or filtering of sessions by room.

  • Table Name/Tournament Name: Displays the exact name of the game table or tournament, useful for identifying specific events.

  • Small Blind/Big Blind: Shows the forced bets set at the table, essential for determining game level or stakes.

  • Status: Indicates the current state of the game session (e.g., Finished, Ongoing, Cancelled).

  • Pot: Represents the total amount accumulated from player bets in that session.

  • Date: The date and time when the game was created or completed.

  • Action: This allows you to view the game history.

  • The admin can apply filters or use the search bar to locate specific game sessions based on date or game type. This report is valuable for performance tracking, auditing, and dispute resolution.

  1. Agent Report: The Agent Reports section tracks the financial activities of a specific agent on the platform. It provides a transparent view of how funds are credited or debited from the agent's account over time.

  • Agent report Statistics

    • Net Balance: The final amount remaining after all inflow and outflow transactions.

    • Opening Balance: The balance at the beginning of the selected reporting period.

    • Closing Balance: The final balance at the end of the reporting period.

  • Agent report List

    • Date & Time: Timestamp for when the transaction occurred.

    • Game ID: Associated game (if any) that triggered the transaction.

    • Transaction ID: A unique code for tracing the transaction in the backend or ledger.

    • From/To: Identifies the sender and receiver of funds (e.g., admin, player, other agents).

    • IN/OUT: Shows whether the transaction added funds (IN) or deducted them (OUT).

    • Balance: The real-time balance immediately after the transaction.

    • Type: The nature of the transaction (e.g., Deduct, Credit, Transfer).

    • Remark: Any additional comment or purpose (e.g., Transaction to admin@pokerd...).

    • This module is especially useful for auditing agent accounts, resolving financial queries, and maintaining accountability in fund management.

  1. Players Reports: The Player Reports section offers a granular view of a specific player’s transaction history, enabling tracking of deposits, withdrawals, and internal fund movements during their game sessions.

  • Player report Statistics

    • Opening Balance: Player's balance at the start of the time period.

    • Closing Balance: Final available balance at the end.

    • Closing Balance in Amount: Expressed in real-world currency (e.g., USD).

    • Total IN: Total amount credited to the player account during the period.

    • Total OUT: Total debits made from the player’s account.

    • Net Balance: Overall balance gain or loss.

  • Player Report list

    • Date & Time: Timestamp of each transaction.

    • Session ID: Unique identifier for each gaming session.

    • Transaction ID: Helps trace individual actions affecting the balance.

    • IN / OUT: Amounts received or spent by the player.

    • Updated Balance: The balance after each transaction.

    • Type: Nature of the transaction (e.g., Game Winnings, Withdrawal, Manual Add).

    • Remark: Additional notes or tags for clarification.

    • This report is a powerful tool for support teams to investigate balance disputes, provide transparency to players, and analyze behavioral trends.

  1. P2P Transaction: This module records all direct fund transfers between players, enhancing platform transparency and enforcing anti-fraud policies.

  • P2P report Statistics

    • Player Name: The sender of the transaction.

    • Transfer To: The recipient player.

    • Amount: The transferred fund amount.

    • Comment: Optional message or purpose (e.g., repayment, stake, gift).

    • Transfer At: Timestamp of when the transaction occurred.

    • Administrators can search or filter transfers to ensure legitimate activity, block suspicious behavior, or settle disputes between users. This adds an additional layer of peer-to-peer functionality to the platform.
