KYC Manager

The KYC (Know Your Customer) Management Module is designed to help the admin securely collect, review, and manage user identity verification. It ensures compliance, security, and trust on the platform.

Components used for the KYC Management Module:

  1. KYC Request: This section allows the admin to monitor and manage KYC submissions made by players. When users submit their identification documents, the request appears in this panel.

  • Username & Email: Identifies the user making the request.

  • KYC Status: Shows current status (e.g., Approved, Pending).

  • Uploaded At: Timestamp of when the KYC was submitted.

  • Action: Admin can review, verify, or take action on submitted KYC requests.

  1. KYC Labels: KYC Labels define the set of documents or information that players must submit for verification. This section helps the admin customize or update the required documents.

  • Title: The name of the required document (e.g., Passport, Election Card, Photo).

  • Required Toggle: Mark whether a particular document is mandatory.

  • Actions: Admin can edit or delete individual labels.

  1. Add KYC Label: This form allows the admin to create a new KYC label by specifying the document title and whether it’s mandatory.

  • KYC Label: Title of the document (e.g., "Enter Driving License").

  • Is Required: Choose whether the document is mandatory ("Yes" or "No").

  • Save Button: Adds the label to the system.

The KYC Management Module is a vital part of the platform’s security and compliance framework. Through its well-structured components—KYC Requests, KYC Labels, and Add KYC Label—it enables administrators to efficiently manage user identity verification.
