Notifications

The Notifications module allows admins to send real-time updates and alerts directly to players through the platform interface. It is a key communication tool used for announcing important activities such as KYC approvals, deposit confirmations, registration alerts, promotional links, and more. Notifications appear instantly on the player’s dashboard or app interface and can be customized with redirection links and icons.

This section enables the admin to compose and send a new notification to either all players or a specific player.

Field Label	Description
Notification To*	Choose the target: All Players or Specific Player.
Select Player*	If “Specific Player” is selected, choose the username from dropdown.
Title*	Notification headline. This is the title shown in the notification.
Description*	Short message body (up to 80 characters).
Redirection URL*	Optional URL where user will be redirected upon clicking the notification.
Notification Icon*	Upload an icon (image file) that visually represents the notification.
Send Button	Once fields are filled, click Send to dispatch the notification.

Note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Use Cases

• Notify users of successful KYC updates

• Alert players about deposit confirmations or issues

• Share important promotional links with redirection

• Inform players about tournament schedules or app changes

• Engage players with personalised communication

Note: System-driven notifications are different and are hard-coded based on events.
