Player Manager

The My Players module is designed to allow administrators to manage real players who participate in both chip-based and cash-based poker games. This section provides functionality to add, update, and view players’ profile information along with settings related to their country, currency, and personal details.

Add Player Form

This form allows the admin to register a new player manually.

Field	Type	Description
Enter Username*	Text	A unique username used to identify the player within the platform. Must be system-unique.
Password*	Password	A secure password for account login. Enforced with password strength policy (suggested: min. 8 characters, mix of letters & numbers).
First Name*	Text	Player’s first name.
Last Name*	Text	Player’s last name.
Mobile Number	Number	Contact number for player support or authentication (optional or mandatory as per platform policy).
Email*	Email	Valid email address for login, notifications, or recovery. Must be unique.
Gender*	Dropdown	Selection of gender: Male / Female / Other.
Country Selection*	Dropdown	A list of countries. Determines player’s region, language preferences, and regulation compliance.
Currency Selection*	Dropdown	Used to assign player’s default transaction currency (e.g., USD, INR, EUR). Enables correct chip conversion rates and deposit values.

Validations & Rules:

• Username & Email: Must be unique across the platform.

• Password: Should follow the platform’s security policy.

• Currency & Country: Linked to the system-wide exchange rate table and region rules.

• Mobile Number: Suggested to include international dialling format for consistency.
