The Jackpot Management Module is a centralized system that enables administrators to create, monitor, and control jackpot-based game events. It supports both Fixed and Progressive jackpot types and provides flexible scheduling, player eligibility settings, and draw mechanisms.
Components used for the Jackpot Management Module:
Add Jackpot: The Add Jackpot form is used by administrators to create new jackpot games within the system. It allows customization of scheduling. eligibility criteria, and jackpot structure, enabling targeted player engagement and promotional events.
Jackpot Name: Enter a unique and descriptive name for the jackpot (e.g., “Mega Monday Jackpot”).
Start Date: Select the date and time when the jackpot event begins. This determines when players can start joining.
Draw Date: Select the date and time the jackpot draw will take place. This is when the winner will be chosen.
Jackpot Type: Choose the type of jackpot from the dropdown: fixed or pooled
For Fixed: When the admin selects the fixed, they will need to enter the contribution by admin amount.
For pooled: When the admin selects the pooled, they will need to enter the contribution by player amount.
Draw Type: Select the method for drawing the winner from the dropdown: (Auto/Manual).
When they select the manual, they will be able to select the winning player, and if they select the auto, then the system will assign the winner for the jackpot.
Status: Set the jackpot status to active or inactive. Only active jackpots are visible to players
Minimum Deposit Amount: Specify the minimum deposit a player must make to qualify for the jackpot. This ensures only serious players participate.
Must Registered Before Month (In Number): Enter the number of months prior a player must be registered to be eligible.
Must Hands Played: Enter the minimum number of hands (game plays) a player must complete to qualify for the jackpot.
Jackpot Management Table: The Jackpot Management module allows administrators to create, view, and manage jackpot games. This table provides detailed tracking of each jackpot’s key data, including participation, schedule, and draw results.
Name: The name/title of the jackpot (e.g., "Monday").
Start Date: The date and time when the jackpot game was scheduled to begin.
Draw Date: The date and time when the jackpot draw is set to take place.
Total Player Joined: The total number of players who have joined this jackpot.
Winner Username: The username of the player who won the jackpot (if the draw has already taken place).
Jackpot Type : Indicates whether the jackpot is Fixed (predefined prize) or Progressive (grows over time).
Draw Type: Describes whether the draw is Auto (system-generated) or Manual (drawn by admin).
Status: Shows the current state of the jackpot: Active, Inactive, or Completed.
Action: It is used to edit package, delete package and view report.
