The Jackpot Management Module is a key feature that enables the platform admin to create and manage jackpot events. This gamified reward system increases user engagement and encourages consistent gameplay. Admins can customize jackpot conditions such as eligibility, type, draw method, and track player participation and winner history.

This table provides an overview of all configured jackpots. It shows their setup details, winner assignment method, status, and allows direct access to actions like editing or checking winner history.

Column Name	Description
Name	The name of the jackpot (e.g., “Monday Jackpot”).
Start Date	The scheduled date and time when the jackpot becomes active.
Draw Date	Date and time when the jackpot draw will occur.
Total Player Joined	Total number of players who have joined/qualified for this jackpot.
Winner Username	Displays the username of the player who won the jackpot (if declared).
Jackpot Type	Jackpot funding model – Fixed (admin-contributed) or Pooled (player-contributed).
Draw Type	Indicates how the winner is selected – Auto (system) or Manual (admin).
Status	Visibility of the jackpot to players – Active or Inactive.
Action	Allows admin to Edit, Delete, or view Jackpot History.

Admins can use this form to define jackpot details such as the name, schedule, prize type, and player eligibility filters. This flexibility ensures only qualifying users participate.

Draw Date*	The date/time when the jackpot winner is chosen.
Minimum Deposit Amount*	Minimum deposit a player must have made to qualify.
Must Registered Before Month*	Player must be registered for this number of months or more.
Must Hands Played*	Minimum number of hands (games) a player must play to be eligible.
Jackpot Type*	Fixed (admin defines amount) or Pooled (built from player entries).
Draw Type*	Auto (system-generated winner) or Manual (admin chooses winner).
Status*	Active or Inactive visibility on the platform.

Set Up Requirements Before Creating a Jackpot

Before saving a new jackpot configuration, ensure these are in place:

• Set Start Date and Draw Date logically.

• Choose Jackpot Type (Fixed/Pooled) and provide corresponding contribution values.

• Define Draw Type (Manual or Auto).

• Configure player eligibility: registration age, deposit amount, and hands played.

• Mark the status as Active to launch it on the platform.
