My Players

The My Players Listing module gives administrators full visibility and control over registered player accounts under admin/system supervision. It consolidates vital player data — from identity verification to financial and game activity — and provides actionable tools for management and support.

Column	Description
Player Unique ID	A system-generated unique identifier for each player. Useful for backend tracking and referencing.
Username	The unique name chosen by the player for login and display.
Email	The registered email address linked to the player’s account.
Chips Number	The total chips currently held by the player. Chips are used for in-game wagering.
Amount	Real money (cash) balance available in the player’s wallet.
Agent Name	Name of the agent assigned to or who referred the player (if applicable).
Locked Bonus	Bonus chips granted but not yet usable by the player, possibly locked behind tasks or game criteria.
Claim Bonus	Bonus amount the player is eligible to claim (once conditions are met).
Block/Unblock	A switch to suspend or reactivate the player’s account. Blocking restricts all game and transaction access.
VIP Level	Shows the player’s current VIP tier (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold) based on XP earned.
KYC	Status of the player’s Know Your Customer verification:• Pending – Submitted but not reviewed• Approved – Verified and granted full access• Rejected – Invalid or incomplete documents
Pending	Indicates if any player request (KYC, withdrawal, etc.) is under review.
Approve	Confirmation that the request or KYC has been successfully validated.
Rejected	Denotes a failed verification or rejected request due to discrepancies.

Player History Access

Each player's record includes quick links to review detailed history:

Type	Description
Chips History	A complete log of chips added, deducted, or transferred.
Cash History	Transactions involving real currency: deposits, withdrawals, conversions.
Game History	List of games the player has joined or completed, including outcomes and stakes.

Action Buttons

Action	Description
Edit Player	Opens the form to update player details like name, email, currency, etc.
View Player	Shows the player's full profile, including status, chip balance, activity, etc.
Manage Chips	Admin can credit or debit chips to the player’s account. Useful for rewards, corrections, or penalties.
Delete Player	Permanently removes the player’s account from the system. Requires confirmation.
