The Deposit Request Module enables administrators to manage and process deposit requests submitted by players. This section provides a clear overview of deposit entries, filtering capabilities, status handling, and admin actions, ensuring a secure and streamlined deposit workflow.

Deposit Request Table Overview

This section lists all deposit requests submitted by players with the following columns:

Column Name	Description
UID	Unique identification number assigned to each player.
Username	Player’s registered username.
Date & Time	Timestamp of when the deposit request was made.
Amount	The amount the player wishes to deposit into their account.
Method	The selected payment method for the deposit (e.g., Bank, Card, Crypto).
Receipt	A file or link representing the uploaded proof of payment.
Status	Indicates the current stage of the request: • Pending • Approved • Denied
Action	Admin controls to process the request: • Approve • Deny

Filter Functionality

Admins can filter deposit requests to find and manage specific records quickly using the Filter popup. The available filters include:

Filter Option	Choices
Player	Dropdown to select a specific player or “All” players.
Method	Options: All, Cash, Crypto, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Card.
Status	Options: All, Pending, Approved, Denied.
Date Range	The date picker will define the submission time frame for the requests.

After selecting the desired filters, clicking the Submit button will update the deposit request table accordingly.

Admin Actions

For each deposit request entry, the Action column provides options to:

• Approve the deposit: Chips will be credited to the user account.

• Deny the request: Deposit will be rejected and not processed.

These actions help ensure financial control and verification before funds are added to a player’s balance.

Status Breakdown

Status	Meaning
Pending	Awaiting admin review. No action has been taken yet.
Approved	Admin has verified the deposit and approved it. Chips are credited.
Denied	Deposit request has been rejected by the admin.

This module helps maintain a robust and secure deposit system, ensuring that player funds are verified and processed under admin supervision. It forms a critical part of the financial management in the poker platform.
