The Withdraw Request Module enables administrators to track, review, and process player withdrawal requests efficiently. It ensures transparency and control over all withdrawal transactions, helping maintain financial integrity across the platform.

Withdrawal Request Table Overview

This section displays a comprehensive list of all withdrawal requests made by players. Each entry provides the following details:

Column Name	Description
UID	Unique identifier assigned to the player submitting the withdrawal.
Username	Player’s registered username.
Date & Time	Timestamp showing when the withdrawal request was made.
Amount	The amount the player has requested to withdraw.
Method	The selected withdrawal method (e.g., Bank Transfer, UPI, E-Wallet).
Status	Shows the current processing state: • Pending • Approved • Denied
Action	Admin controls to approve or deny the withdrawal request. • Approve • Deny

Filter Functionality

Admins can use the Filter popup to narrow down withdrawal records and locate specific transactions based on the following parameters:

Filter Option	Choices
Player	Dropdown to select a specific player or “All”.
Method	Dropdown to select payment method like Bank Transfer, UPI, or E-Wallet.
Status	Options: All, Pending, Approved, Denied.
Date Range	The date picker will define the time frame of requests.

Clicking the Submit button will update the list based on the applied filters.

Admin Actions

The Action column provides functionality for the admin to manage each request:

• Approve: Confirms the withdrawal and initiates the payout through the chosen method.

• Decline: Rejects the request, preventing the payout from proceeding.

These actions ensure that only verified and eligible withdrawal requests are fulfilled.

Status Breakdown

Status	Description
Pending	Awaiting admin action. No payout initiated yet.
Approved	Admin has validated and processed the payout successfully.
Denied	Admin has rejected the withdrawal request.
