Rakeback

Rakeback is a player reward system where a percentage of the rake they generate is returned to them as a bonus or cash. In simple terms, it’s like a loyalty rebate — the more a player plays and contributes in rake, the more they earn back. For example, if a player has a 30% rakeback rate and they generate $100 in rake, they will receive $30 back into their account.

Player-Specific Rakeback %

• In the Player Settings, each player has an individual rakeback percentage setting.

• By default, this is set to 0% (meaning no rakeback).

• The value can be edited and set anywhere up to 100%.

• Example: At 30% rakeback, a player generating $100 in rake earns $30 back.

Rakeback Calculation & Payout Process

• The system calculates the total rake generated by each player (data already available in reports).

• From the Admin Panel, the rakeback amount is deducted from the house revenue and credited back to the player’s balance.

• A Rakeback History is maintained for every player, showing all past transactions.

• On the frontend, rakeback can be displayed as a Locked Bonus (similar to the provided screenshot example).

VIP Level-Based Rakeback

• In addition to player-specific settings, rakeback percentages can be tied to VIP Levels.

• When a player reaches a certain VIP tier, their rakeback % is automatically updated.

• These parameters are fully editable in the VIP Level Settings.

• The rakeback percentage must also appear in the Bonus Rewards listing on the UI as an additional reward metric.

This way, your rakeback feature not only incentivises regular play but also integrates seamlessly with VIP progression to keep players engaged and loyal.
