Accounts and Devices
This section enables administrators to monitor and investigate player accounts and the devices or IP addresses used to access the platform. It helps in detecting account sharing, multiple account abuse, and suspicious logins from various IPs or locations.
Component
Description
Purpose / Use
Username
Displays each player’s unique username on the platform.
Serves as the primary account identifier for investigation.
Shows the registered email of the player.
Used for verification, contacting the player, or cross-referencing with other accounts.
IP Address
Lists all IP addresses from which the player has logged in. Multiple IPs are separated by commas.
Helps identify multi-location logins, account sharing, or use of VPNs/proxies.
Multiple IPs
Displays “Yes” if the account has been accessed from more than one IP address.
Quickly flags accounts with varied login sources, possibly indicating suspicious activity.
KYC Issue
Indicates if the player has any pending or problematic KYC (Know Your Customer) verification issues.
Highlights accounts that may require compliance checks or verification holds.
Key Use Case
If a player’s account shows multiple IPs from different regions in a short time frame, this might suggest account sharing or unauthorized access.
Similarly, if multiple player accounts are logging in from the same IP address, this could indicate a multi-accounting or collusion attempt.
