Player Behaviour
This module helps administrators identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent player activity by monitoring gameplay statistics such as participation rates, betting patterns, win rates, and table associations. It is a critical tool to detect possible collusion, chip dumping, or unfair play.
Component
Description
Purpose / Use
Tables Name
Lists the poker table(s) where the player has participated. Multiple table names indicate a player’s activity across various games.
Used to identify patterns such as repeated participation with the same group of players (possible collusion).
Username
Displays the player’s unique username in the system.
Key identifier for tracking user activities across different tables.
Shows the registered email address of the player.
Provides direct contact info and helps cross-reference accounts for possible multiple account abuse.
VPIP (Voluntarily Put Money In Pot)
Percentage of hands where the player voluntarily invests chips into the pot.
High values (close to 100) can indicate overly aggressive play or potential collusion.
PFR (Pre-Flop Raise)
Percentage of hands where the player raises before the flop.
Helps detect abnormal pre-flop betting strategies.
Win Rate
Indicates the player’s average profit per hand/session in chips.
Abnormally high win rates may signal cheating or unfair advantage.
WTSD (Went to Showdown)
Percentage of hands where the player continues until showdown.
Very high percentages can indicate unusual play behavior worth reviewing.
Key Use Case
An admin notices multiple users with 100% VPIP and high WTSD percentages consistently playing on the same set of tables. This may indicate chip dumping or team play, and further action (such as account suspension or manual investigation) can be taken.
